All About the Ride

The Maine Lighthouse Ride benefits the Eastern Trail Alliance, an organization dedicated to building a 65-mile greenway from Kittery to South Portland, Maine.

Our goal is to have a fun and safe ride in 2022. This means that packet pickup and race start times may be different from past years. Once registered, we will keep you updated on the specifics. There will be staggered start times with our Century riders starting first.

All routes begin and end at the beautiful oceanfront campus of Southern Maine Community College (SMCC) in South Portland.

Rides are self-guided, with maps and cue sheets available to download and print, or to store on a phone or other mobile device.

Metric Century Ride (62 miles)
40 Mile Ride
25+ Mile Ride

Please note that this is a tobacco-free event. SMCC is tobacco-free and a smoke-free campus as are all of our rest stops.

Rest stops will be set up along the routes. Look for the MLR sign.
