The goal of the Eastern Trail Management District is to insure that all users have a safe and enjoyable experience on the Eastern Trail. In the event that encounter poor trail conditions, harassment by other users, or criminal activities, please complete the following form and submit to the ETMD and the local law enforcement agency. This form is both downloadable, printable and can be filed electronically or by mail.
