There are a lot of photos from the various trips that Ethan Davis and others have organized on and near the Eastern Trail (see the ET Outings page):
- On June 7, 2003 the Eastern Trail Alliance held several outings during National Trail Day to celebrate the Eastern Trail, including a celebration in South Portland and a celebration in Old Orchard Beach

Many photos of the Eastern Trail can be found within the final Eastern Trail Engineering Feasibility Study: Final Report by Wilbur Smith Associates; Terrence J. DeWan & Associates, which is now available for viewing.

Please note that the Eastern Trail is not yet open, and some key sections are owned privately. Care should be taken to avoid private parts of the trail, as well as abutting properties.
