ETA Annual Meeting - This Thursday Evening, May 26
Kennebunk at Christ Church Hall

1 PM Bike to the meeting from Saco. Meet at the: Downeaster parking lot. Helmets required. For more information, call leader Ethan Davis at 284-7572.

4 PM Easy-paced bike ride led by ETA Trustees Ethan Davis and Bruce Wakefield. Helmets required. For more information, call 284-7572.

5 PM A slide show of last falls East Coast Greenway Ride end-to-end from Calais-to-Key West will cycle while you enjoy free beverages and snacks.

6 PM Short business meeting.

6:30 Craig Della Penna, a true friend of the ETA, presentation on Rail-Trails in America, New England and Maine. Mr. Della Penna, with a background in the rail industry, has published several books and given more than 500 presentations on rails to trails.

Annual Meeting Directions:
Leave the Maine Turnpike at the Kennebunk exit 25. Follow Rt. 35 (about 2 miles) to Rt. 1 Kennebunk. When you reach the lights at Rt. 1 you will see, beyond the traffic lights, the beautiful white bell tower of Christ Church. There are numerous parking lots and ample on-street parking. Maine's Renowned Jupiter Blues with Lower East Side Band, an ETA Benefit
Saturday, July 30th, 8 PM to Midnight, Saco Elks Hall

ETA Trustee Bruce Wakefield, bass player extraordinaire, who has performed all across Maine and New York City, will entertain you with Jupiter Blues. Donation: $10 per person. Cash bar. Snacks, Dancing, Conversation, FUN!

From Maine Turnpike Exit 36 (Saco) follow I195 to exit 2A. Cross Rt 1 at the lights. Go straight on Ocean Park Rd for 0.5 miles to the Elks Lodge on your LEFT.

From Old Orchard Beach take Rt 5 toward I195.
When you reach I-195 take an immediate LEFT onto Ocean Park Road. Turn RIGHT on Ocean Park Rd for 1/4 mile. The Elks Lodge is on your RIGHT

2005 Eastern Trail-a-Thon 8-Lighthouse Ride. Saturday 17 September
Bob Bowker is expanding this years 8-Lighthouse Ride to include a family 12-mile ride, a Cape Elizabeth 35-mile loop ride, and a 75-mile ride that extends the Cape ride all the way to Biddeford Pool and back.
