Many good maps of the off-road section of the proposed Eastern Trail can be found in the final Eastern Trail Engineering Feasibility Study: Final Report, published by Wilbur Smith Associates; Terrence J. DeWan & Associates. Copies of the Engineering Study are available on this web site, though these are large pdf format files. Click here to see the files that are available.
The Final Engineering Report for the Scarborough to South Portland Connector for the Eastern Trail is also out (September 2006). Click here to go to the page describing the various sections of the report that are available for downloading and reading.

March 2003 - John Andrews and Steve Shapiro have teamed up to create a new map showing the recommended route to or from the Casco Bay Bridge, from or to Amtrak. It will be in the new ET trail guide. Click here to view this map.
March 2003 - Jim Gailey, South Portland City Site Planner, sent his latest image of South Portland's Greenbelt Walkway Trail Map. This map shows portions of the Greenbelt which exist and which are under construction, and also shows where the Greenbelt connects with Scarborough's portion of the Eastern Trail, and with the Portland Trails system - click here to view this map.
