2. You can fill out and mail in a paper application. To view and/or print out our membership application, click here for .pdf format or here for the form in HTML. (note: the PDF version requires a viewer, which can be obtained/downloaded for free from here. Mail the completed form with your annual membership dues payment to: Eastern Trail Alliance, P.O. Box 250, Saco, Maine 04072.
